Judith Basin County Comprehensive Capital Improvements Plan

Judith Basin County is developing a Comprehensive Capital Improvements Plan (CCIP) centered around improvements to County infrastructure including roads, bridges, trails, facilities, and equipment. What is a CCIP? It is a long-range planning for the County's future and working to achieve it rather than just reacting to change and dealing with it from one short-range, quick-fix solution to another as events occur.
